I met Ray with my Book keeper as we were interviewing accounting firms to take over our business restructure which had experienced some set backs. We were a tough crowd. Taggart’s was the 3rd firm we’d interviewed and 5 minutes in we both knew there wasn’t anyone we’d talked to at his level of professionalism and effort to understand exactly who his potential clients where and what they needed. We walked away both relieved and invigorated that with Ray and his team we’d be alright. . We just presented as a small business in need of help and we had the red carpet rolled out, we weren’t under sold or over sold. It was just right. Everything was focused and detailed toward our needs and solutions. I’m still blown away by the experience and I’m now trying to model my own business and practice after the experience we’ve had with Taggart and partners. Taggart’s runs as a team with everyone bringing their areas of talent to the table for the client. We had Sheree, Mitch, Sam and Danella all co-ordinating and giving and taking instructions without any confusion or pressure, they really knew how to communicate within the organisation to avoid any overlap or confusion, and with us, so we didn’t get swamped. We’re completing 2 years of returns and the structure has been enlivened and refocused on our plans and goals. I couldn’t be happier and my wife and business partner is also really happy.
